    【摘要】目的：分析接种脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗偶合荨麻疹与过敏性水肿案例，为处理预防接种偶合事件提供参考。方法：采用个案调查方法，对疫苗、接种、发病和诊治经过进行调查，由区级预防接种异常反应调查诊断专家组进行诊断。结果：预防接种异常反应调查诊断专家组对个案调查情况综合分析，诊断荨麻疹、过敏性水肿不属于预防接种异常反应，属于偶合症。结论：为避免受种者因偶合症引发不必要的医患纠纷，应加强疑似预防接种异常反应知识的宣教工作，与受种者或监护人沟通时，关切、耐心地回答，使其能理性对待偶合症的发生，在预防接种工作中十分重要。
