    【摘要】目的：探讨静脉复合麻醉药物在无痛人工流产术(无痛人流)中实际效果。方法：选取2020年5月—2023年5月期间于我院妇产科手术室行无痛人流的54例孕妇，按照盲选法划分成单方麻醉组(丙泊酚)和复合麻醉组(舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚)，每组27例，比较两组孕妇药物不良反应发生率、麻醉药效满意率、术后苏醒时间、麻醉诱导时间、Steward评分、Ramsay评分以及清醒1h后VAS评分。结果：复合麻醉组孕妇麻醉药效满意率为100.00%，高于单方麻醉组的74.07%，差异显著(P0.05)。结论：静脉复合麻醉药物在无痛人工流产术中的效果显著。
