    【摘要】目的：分析不同免疫检验方法检测乙肝病毒感染血清标志物的效果。方法：随机抽选本院于2022年1月—2023年12月收治的150例乙肝病毒感染患者，将其均分两组，对照组应用PCR检查，实验组应用CLIA检查，对比两组血清标志物的阳性检出率。结果：实验组诊断准确率为97.33%，明显高于对照组的78.67%，组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：CLIA检查乙肝病毒感染患者的血清标志物效果更佳，准确率更高，操作简单，值得临床借鉴。
