    【摘要】目的：快速血糖仪与常规生化仪对血糖检测的临床价值探讨。方法：2022年3月—2023年3月，选取300例糖尿病患者，血糖测定的仪器分别是快速血糖仪和常规生化仪，分析最终所测定的结果。结果：快速血糖仪与常规生化仪的空腹血糖、血清葡萄糖及血浆葡萄糖水平对比没有明显的差别(P>0.05)。快速血糖仪与常规生化仪的单次与多次检测平均水平对比没有显著差异(P>0.05)。快速血糖仪与常规生化仪误诊率对比没有显著差异(P>0.05)。快速血糖仪的检测需血量少于常规生化仪，检测时间短于常规生化仪，总满意度明显高于常規生化仪，P0.05).There was no significant difference in the average level of single and multiple tests between the rapid blood glucose meter and the conventional biochemical meter (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the misdiagnosis rate between the rapid blood glucose meter and the conventional biochemical meter (P>0.05).The testing blood demand of the rapid blood glucose meter was less than that of the conventional biochemical meter ......
