许珍珍 方华【摘要】俯卧位通气目前在ICU应用广泛，特别是在近期COVID-19流行期间，其对肺损伤带来的益处被广泛认可[1]。本文对俯卧位通气治疗严重呼吸衰竭患者的病理生理机制、适应症及并发症、应用现状、面临的挑战及护理要点等进行阐述，以期为临床护理提供可靠依据。

【Abstract】Prone position ventilation (PPV) is currently widely used in ICU，especially during the recent COVID-19 pandemic，and its benefits for lung injury have been recognized widely[1].This article elaborates on the pathological and physiological mechanisms，indications and complications，current application status，faced challenges and nursing points of PPV in the treatment of severe respiratory failure patients，in order to provide reliable basis for clinical nursing.
