    【摘要】本文总结了1例结肠肝曲癌术后女性患者突发输液港功能障碍的原因分析及护理。经过鉴别分析，该患者输液港功能障碍原因为导管细微裂痕引起液体外渗。主要护理包括以下几点：拔除输液港针头，阻止液体继续外渗，减轻患者痛苦；输液港管道附近颈部肿胀皮肤予喜辽妥外涂，并以安普贴外敷，减轻患者疼痛感；做好患者及家属的心理护理，取得患者及其家属的配合，以便更好地完成治疗计划；做好患者肿胀、疼痛部位的观察，及时回应患者诉求，减轻患者不适；在此期间，积极寻求静疗专家和外科置管医生帮助，快速对症处理。经过以上一系列处理，患者顺利完成当次化疗并出院，后续跟进患者输液港使用无异常，未出现非计划拔管情况。
