    【摘要】目的：探讨妊娠期使用非典型抗精神病药阿立哌唑对子代的安全性及相关文献分析。方法：分析1例临床药师参与的妊娠期服用阿立哌唑片引起双胞胎早产儿以喂养不耐受为主要表现的撤药反应的诊疗经过，结合文献探讨其发生机制及应对措施。结果：妊娠期服用阿立哌唑可导致新生儿的撤药反应，其作用机制可能是对胆碱能受体的阻断作用，主要是对M1受体的阻断；但妊娠期服用阿立哌唑对子代是比较安全的。结论：入院治疗的新生儿应仔细询问患儿母亲用药史，尤其是围产期用药史，以便及时发现撤药反应等不良反应，指导新生儿的治疗方案。
