    【摘要】目的：分析黄芪建中汤加减与肝胃百合汤配合常规西药对老年幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者的治疗效果。方法：针对老年幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者进行了筛查，筛查时段为2021年1月—2023年8月，经筛查出总人数为168人，且随机进行分组，分为对照组(n=86)、观察组(n=82)，对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察组另增加黄芪建中汤加减联合肝胃百合汤治疗，对比组间中医症候积分、幽门螺旋杆菌数值以及不适症状。效果：治疗效果，观察组中医症候积分每个都低于对照组，观察组平均幽门螺旋杆菌数值低于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：针对老年幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者实施黄芪建中汤加减与肝胃百合汤配合常规西药，能够有效缓解患者临床症状，降低幽门螺旋杆菌数值，且联合用药的安全性较好，值得推广。
