    【摘要】随着社会的快速发展，医疗服务质量也得到了显著提升，为了满足新时代背景下医疗服务质量标准和要求，需要进一步提高医疗、服务与管理质量，从而使患者需求得到满足。本文针对新时代背景下医疗服务质量管理展开分析，探讨了医疗服务质量管理中存在的问题，并提出具体的质量管理对策，希望能够为相关研究人员起到一些参考作用。
