    【摘要】子宫内膜异位症在临床上属于发病率较高的女性疾病，易导致患者不孕不育，影响女性的生活质量。现阶段，临床上对于子宫内膜异位症的发病机制尚处于研究阶段，本文就子宫内膜异位症相关性不孕研究进展做如下综述。

    【Abstract】Endometriosis is a female disease with high incidence rate in clinic，which easily leads to infertility and affects the quality of life of women.At this stage，the pathogenesis of endometriosis is still in the research stage clinically.This article reviews the research progress of infertility related to endometriosis as follows.

    子宫内膜异位症是一种妇科疾病，指子宫内膜组织生长在子宫以外的部位，如卵巢、输卵管、腹腔内等处。随着生活方式、饮食习惯等改变导致其在临床上的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，影响患者的生活质量。临床统计显示，在生育年龄的妇女子宫内膜异位症的发病率高达20.00%，是导致女性不孕不育的主要原因。随着健康意识的普及、发病率的上升 ......
