    【摘要】目的：分析超声在子宫内膜病变患者诊断中的准确性。方法：选取我院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的60例疑似子宫内膜病变患者作为检测样本。所有患者均进行了超声检查，以术后病理检查作为金标准，分析超声对患者的诊断准确率。结果：超声检查病症检出率与病理检查差异较小，对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；超声检查的诊断灵敏度、特异度及准确率分别为97.92%(47/48)、83.33%(10/12)及95.00%(57/60)。结论：在子宫内膜病变患者的临床诊断中应用超声检查的效果显著，与病理检查符合率较高，值得推广。
