【摘要】目的：探究为宫颈机能不全患者提供经阴道宫颈环扎术治疗的效果。方法：将宫颈机能不全患者(n=30)随机做有效分组处理，分为各组内均含有15例患者的研究组与对照组(时间：2021年12月—2023年11月)，前者应用经阴道宫颈环扎术治疗，后者应用常规治疗，之后对两组患者治疗效果进行对比分析。结果：治疗后，研究组患者的治疗总有效率、总满意度及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组患者复发率以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对宫颈机能不全患者实施经阴道宫颈环扎术治疗，其治疗效果十分显著，患者复发率极低。
