【摘要】目的：分析早期康复治疗技术对脑梗死患者的治疗效果。方法：随机选取我院2023年1月—2023年12月收治的74例脑梗死患者作为研究对象，按照不同治疗方式分组，其中对照组采用一般治疗方式进行治疗，观察组在此基础上采用早期康复治疗技术进行治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后的血流情况和肢体运动功能评分。结果：治疗后，两组患者的血流情况和肢体运动功能均有所改善，且观察组的脑血流速度、椎动脉血流速度及上下肢运动功能评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：早期康复治疗对脑梗死患者的恢复有很好的效果，可以改善患者的肢体功能障碍，促进患者的恢复，从整体上看效果显著，具有广泛的临床应用前景。
