【摘要】目的：探讨保守治疗与最佳手术时机对肠梗阻患者的影响。方法：随机选择2021年1月—2023年1月于本院接受诊治的40例肠梗阻患者作为本次实验研究样本，并将其按临床治疗方案的差异性分为两组(对照组：保守治疗；实验组：选择最佳手术时机治疗)，对两组患者的住院时间、C反应蛋白、临床疗效以及并发症发生率进行对比分析。结果：治疗后，实验组的住院时间短于对照组，C反应蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)；实验组患者并发症为10.00%，低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。结论：较之调节酸碱平衡等常规性的保守治疗措施，选择最佳手术时间对肠梗阻患者进行手术治疗，可在进一步提升临床疗效的同时降低并发症发生率，加快患者病情恢复，缩短住院时间，值得研究借鉴。
