【摘要】目的：探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者进行全髋关节置换术治疗的治疗效果以及应用价值。方法：选择我院收治的80例老年股骨颈骨折患者，本研究的时间范围为2021年1月—2023年1月。采用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组与参照组，各40例。参照组给予常规治疗，实验组在此基础上给予全髋关节置换术治疗，比较两组老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床疗效与并发症发生率。结果：(1)实验组老年股骨颈骨折患者治疗总有效率明显高于参照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)实验组老年股骨颈骨折患者的并发症发生率明显低于参照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对老年股骨颈骨折患者采用全髋关节置换术治疗能够明显提高临床疗效，降低并发症发生率。
