【摘要】目的：分析为动静脉内瘘狭窄患者提供超高压球囊扩张术的治疗效果。方法：本次研究开始于2021年10月，结束于2022年10月，选取该阶段我院收治的动静脉内瘘狭窄患者作为研究对象，共计40例，根据电脑抽号法将其分为观察组与对照组，各20例，为观察组患者提供超高压球囊扩张术治疗，为对照组患者提供外科手术治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的治疗效果与内瘘相关指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者的并发症发生率与再狭窄率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：超高压球囊扩张术在动静脉内瘘狭窄治疗中的疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
