【摘要】目的：探讨超声乳化术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床效果。方法：选取2020年1月—2023年1月期间入院的60例(92眼)患者作为研究对象，根据电脑随机排序法将其分为观察组30例(46眼，给予超声乳化术治疗)和对照组30例(46眼，给予常规手术治疗)，对比两组患者术后治疗效果。结果：观察组患者术后第7、15及30d的视力均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后第7、15及30d的角膜散光度数均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予高度近视合并白内障患者超声乳化术治疗，其效果更为理想，可以有效改善患者视力以及散光度数，还能降低并发症发生率，具有临床使用价值。
