【摘要】目的：探讨认知康复训练对脑卒中后认知障碍患者的临床效果。方法：本次研究的70例样本为我院收治的脑卒中后认知障碍患者，利用抽签法将其分为研究组和常规组，常规组采取常规干预，研究组在常规组的基础上采取认知康复训练，比较两组的干预效果。结果：研究组的干预效果优于常规组(P<0.05)；干预后，研究组的ADL、生活质量及各项认知功能评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)；干预后，研究组的NIHSS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：对脑卒中后认知障碍患者实施认知康复训练，可有效提升患者的日常生活能力、生活质量及认知功能，效果良好，建议推广。
