【摘要】目的：观察内镜下金属钛夹止血对急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血者治疗的效果。方法：挑选2020年2月—2023年2月黔东南苗族侗族自治州人民医院收治的90例患者展开研究，入选者均为急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者。根据治疗方式不同将其分为A组、B组与C组，每组30例。其中A组患者应用常规药物保守治疗，B组应用内镜下药物治疗，C组应用内镜下金属钛夹治疗，对比三组患者的治疗总有效率、出血情况、血红蛋白等指标状况。结果：C组治疗总有效率比A组与B组高，持续出血量少于B组及A组，持续出血时间短于A组及B组(P<0.05)。C组治疗后并发症发生率明显比B组与A组低(P<0.05)。治疗后，C组血红蛋白水平比B组与A组高(P<0.05)。治疗后，C组的生活质量评分比B组与A组高(P<0.05)。结论：急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者经内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗，可以有效提高治疗效率，改善血红蛋白水平，且并发症少，安全性高，治疗效果显著。
