【摘要】目的：探讨与分析早期介入栓塞术治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者的效果与不良事件。方法：2022年5月—2023年5月为本次研究患者接受治疗时间段，符合患者选择方法为电脑程序随机抽选，为怀化市第一人民医院和曲靖市第一人民医院接受治疗的70例脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者，小组分别为对照组与观察组，分别对应的干预方式为非早期介入栓塞术治疗与早期介入栓塞术治疗，每组含有35例患者，对两组治疗效果进行比较与分析。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组患者的NIHSS与MoCA评分比较未见差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组，MoCA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对于脑动脉瘤破裂出血的患者，为其提供早期介入栓塞术治疗，能够有效提升临床效果，降低不良事件的发生概率，有效改善神经功能状态，获得理想认知功能。
