【摘要】目的：分析在复杂性肛瘘诊断中应用高分辨率MRI检查的临床意义。方法：实验纳入样本的时间控制在2021年10月—2022年11月，实验样本为100例疑似复杂性肛瘘患者，均为其提供高分辨率MRI检查，以手术结果作为金标准，分析高分辨率MRI检查的临床效果。结果：100例疑似复杂性肛瘘患者中，手术检查共检出85例复杂性肛瘘患者，高分辨率MRI检查共检出83例复杂性肛瘘患者。高分辨率MRI检查灵敏度为95.29%(81/85)，特异性为86.67%(13/15)。高分辨率MRI检查与手术结果的主瘘管、外口、内口、瘘管分支、脓肿等符合率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：在复杂性肛瘘诊断中应用高分辨率MRI检查的诊断效果十分显著，具有临床推广应用的价值。
