【摘要】目的：分析基于加拿大作业表现量表(Canadian occupational performance measure，COPM)结果为目标导向性的作业疗法联合Rood技术对脑卒中患者上肢功能的影响。方法：回顾性分析我院2022年1月—2023年6月接收的70例脑卒中患者的临床资料，按照治疗方法的不同分组，即观察组(基于COPM结果为目标导向性的作业疗法联合Rood技术，35例)与对照组(常规作业疗法联合Rood技术，35例)。比较两组治疗前后上肢运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer Assessment，FMA)和改良巴氏指数(modified Barthel index，MBI)；治疗2周后，对观察组患者再次进行COPM评估，比较观察组COPM表现度和满意度评分。结果：治疗前，两组FMA和MBI评分比较可见差异较小，无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组FMA和MBI评分较治疗前均改善，且观察组改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后COPM表现度和满意度评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论：在脑卒中患者康复中应用基于COPM结果为目标导向性的作业疗法联合Rood技术可显著提高肢体功能，同时还可刺激肌肉活动恢复，较常规作业疗法更有利于提高生活质量与治疗满意度，值得推广应用。
