【摘要】目的：探究藏药七十味珍珠丸联合化痰通络汤治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法：2020年3月—2023年3月，选取就诊于我院的89例脑梗死患者作为本次研究样本，以随机数字表法将89例研究样本分为对照组44例与观察组45例。对照组接受化痰通络汤治疗，观察组在化痰通络汤治疗的基础上接受藏药七十味珍珠丸治疗。比较两组脑血流动力学水平、神经功能水平以及临床疗效。结果：治疗前，两组缺血区域血流量与脑动脉血流速平均值(Vm)对比差异不大(P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组缺血区域血流量与Vm均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.56%，高于对照组的79.55%(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平对比差异不大(P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组GFAP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：采用藏药七十味珍珠丸联合化痰通络汤治疗脑梗死可以有效调节患者脑血流动力学，改善其神经功能水平，提高治疗效果。
