【摘要】目的：评价英夫利西单抗治疗克罗恩病的临床效果及对患者血清指标的影响。方法：将2022年12月—2023年12月期间就诊于本院的克罗恩病患者纳入研究作为观察样本，样本共计60例，根据随机分组法将这60例克罗恩病患者分组，其中常规组由30例接受常规治疗的患者组成，研究组内的30例患者则在常规治疗基础上运用英夫利西单抗治疗，并设置两组患者的临床治疗效果、血清指标以及生活质量等作为评价标准。结果：研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组各项血清指标得到显著改善，研究组生活质量评分得到显著提升，且均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：对于克罗恩病患者而言，应在常规治疗的基础上给予其英夫利西单抗治疗，这对改善患者血清指标以及提升临床疗效具有积极影响。
