【摘要】目的：探析在冠心病中采用藏药三十五味沉香丸治疗的临床效果。方法：从2020年7月—2022年12月甘肃省甘南州碌曲县藏医院诊治的冠心病患者中选择96例为研究对象，根据患者住院号分为对照组(单数)和观察组(双数)，每组48例，对照组采用常规西医治疗(单硝酸异山梨酯片、阿司匹林肠溶片与瑞舒伐他汀钙片)，在此基础上观察组增加藏药三十五味沉香丸治疗。比较两组心功能改善优良率以及藏医症候积分。结果：观察组心功能改善优良率为91.67%，高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组藏医各症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：冠心病患者采用藏药三十五味沉香丸治疗能够缓解相关临床症状，改善心功能。
