【摘要】目的：探讨全凭七氟醚吸入麻醉方案在小儿全麻诱导中的应用价值。方法：对2022年1月—2023年12月320例小儿全身麻醉手术患儿进行临床资料的回顾性分析，依据麻醉诱导方案的差异分为对照组与观察组，对照组采取氯胺酮静脉麻醉方案，观察组采取全凭七氟醚吸入麻醉方案，对比两组的麻醉一般观察指标、血流动力学指标及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组的麻醉诱导时间、自主呼吸恢复时间及苏醒时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。麻醉前与插管后即刻，观察组心率均比对照组高(P<0.05)；手术30min后与术毕时，观察组心率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不同时间点平均动脉压与心率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：在小儿全麻诱导中采取全凭七氟醚吸入麻醉方案能够进一步缩短麻醉诱导时间及苏醒时间，不对血流动力学造成明显影响，并且不引发严重的不良反应，建议推广。
