【摘要】目的：研究脑梗死后遗症治疗中联合康复理疗与活血化瘀中药的效果。方法：2019年5月—2022年11月，选择我院收治的50例脑梗死后遗症患者开展研究，通过抽签方式将其分为理疗组(25例，康复理疗)与联合组(25例，康复理疗联合活血化瘀中药治疗)，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，联合组治疗总有效率、血流动力学指标与血管健康状况指标均高于理疗组，症状评分与血液黏稠状况指标均低于理疗组，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：脑梗死后遗症患者应用康复理疗与活血化瘀中药联合治疗能够明显改善患者病症，优化血液与血管健康状况，改善脑部供血功能，提升临床治疗效果。
