【摘要】目的：分析中风后遗症老年患者康复期采用不同的干预手段对其预后的影响。方法：选择我院内科2022年1月—2023年7月收治的80例中风后遗症老年患者，按照分组的不同分别给予单一康复护理(对照组，40例)与康复护理结合针灸治疗(联合组，40例)，比较两组患者干预前后的NIHSS评分、生活质量评分与Barthel指数及护理满意度。结果：干预前，两组患者的NIHSS评分、生活质量评分与Barthel指数比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)；干预后，联合组的NIHSS评分、生活质量评分、Barthel指数及护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：康复护理结合针灸治疗在中风后遗症老年患者康复护理中具备重要的应用价值，在改善患者神经功能的同时，也促进其自理能力的提升。
