【摘要】目的：观察后循环缺血性眩晕患者应用定眩汤的效果。方法：选取83例后循环缺血性眩晕患者，收治时间2021年4月—2023年1月，按治疗方法分组，行常规治疗的41例为对照组，常规治疗联合定眩汤治疗的42例为观察组，对比两组疗效。结果：治疗前，两组DHI评分、DARS评分及脑血流速度基本相同(P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组总有效率较对照组高，脑血流速度较对照组快，DHI与DARS评分较对照组低，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：后循环缺血性眩晕患者应用定眩汤治疗后，可明显改善眩晕情况，提高脑血流速度，疗效显著。
