【摘要】目的：探讨重组人干扰素α-2b注射液与炎琥宁配伍用药对小儿手足口病的治疗效果。方法：随机将2020年7月—2023年10月期间我院收治的80例手足口病患儿分成对照组(重组人干扰素α-2b注射液)和观察组(重组人干扰素α-2b注射液与炎琥宁配伍用药)，各40例，记录与评价两组患儿临床症状改善情况及血清IgM与IgA水平变化情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%，低于对照组的77.5%，P<0.05；观察组临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组，P<0.05；治疗后，两组血清IgM与IgA水平均有所提升，且观察组提升幅度明显高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：重组人干扰素α-2b注射液与炎琥宁配伍用药应用在小儿手足口病患儿的临床治疗中的疗效确切，对改善患者免疫功能及临床症状有积极作用。
