【摘要】目的：探讨在预防儿童龋齿工作中采取综合口腔护理干预的临床应用价值。方法：在2020年10月—2021年10月期间展开本次研究，总计有92例儿童被纳为研究对象，应用随机数字表法将其等分为两组，包括试验组46例(综合口腔护理干预)与常规组46例(常规口腔护理干预)，对比两组护理效果。结果：与常规组相比，试验组预防效果、总依从率与各项护理质量评分均更优，P<0.05；护理后，与常规组相比，试验组儿童口腔清洁相关指标更优，P<0.05。结论：综合口腔护理干预在预防儿童龋齿工作中具有理想的应用效果，不但可降低龋齿发生率，同时还能够提升儿童正确刷牙率、口腔保健知识知晓率以及饭后漱口率，在优化服务质量、提高依从性等方面均具有一定优势，适合推广使用。
