【摘要】目的：探讨精细化呼吸康复护理对脑卒中合并肺炎患者生活质量的改善作用。方法：选择我院2022年10月—2023年10月收治的34例脑卒中合并肺炎患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成对照组和观察组，每组17例，对照组采取常规护理措施，观察组使用精细化呼吸康复护理，对两组患者肢体功能评分以及护理满意度进行对比。结果：护理后，观察组脑卒中合并肺炎患者Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对脑卒中合并肺炎患者进行精细化呼吸康复护理，可以有效地增强患者的身体机能，提高护理满意度。
