【摘要】目的：探究循证护理联合心理干预对痔疮手术患者创面愈合时间的影响。方法：选取2023年2月—2023年6月在本院接受手术治疗的168例痔疮患者，随机分组，对照组(84例)行常规护理，观察组(84例)行循证护理联合心理干预，分析对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组初次排便时间、创面愈合时间与住院时间比对照组短，护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。术后24、48及72h，两组患者VAS评分均降低，且观察组患者VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后，两组患者负面情绪均改善，且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对痔疮手术患者行循证护理联合心理干预的效果突出，有助于加快患者术后恢复，减轻患者痛感，改善患者负面情绪，增加患者对护理服务的认可。
