【摘要】目的：分析循证护理应用于慢性肾衰患者时，对患者肾功能及自护能力的影响。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年8月本院收治的80例慢性肾衰患者，以随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组，各40例，分别接受循证护理和常规护理。比较两组护理干预前后的肾功能指标及自护能力评分。结果：干预前，两组患者的血肌酐水平均较高(超过正常范围)且无统计学差异性，P>0.05；干预后，两组患者的血肌酐水平均有所降低，且观察组血肌酐水平(更加接近正常范围)低于对照组，P<0.05。干预前，两组血红蛋白与血白蛋白水平均较低(低于正常范围)且无统计学差异性，P>0.05；干预后，两组血红蛋白与血白蛋白水平均有所提升，且观察组血红蛋白与血白蛋白水平(更加接近正常范围)均高于对照组，P<0.05。干预前，两组患者自护能力评分均较低且无统计学差异性，P>0.05；干预后，两组自护能力评分均有所提升，且观察组自护能力评分高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：循证护理可以助力提高患者肾功能及自护能力。
