【摘要】目的：研究对于急诊车祸伤患者采取优质护理对患者疼痛感和负性情绪的影响。方法：于2021年12月—2023年9月我院急诊车祸伤患者中随机抽取54例，分为对照组27例(常规护理)和观察组27例(优质护理)，对比两组疼痛感和负性情绪。结果：观察组确诊时间、停留时间与接受手术时间均短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后，观察组VAS评分与SAS评分均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度(100.00%)明显高于对照组(77.78%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对急诊车祸伤患者采取优质护理干预可有效缩短急救时间，争取最佳治疗时机，同时关注到患者的疼痛感及负面情绪，减轻患者的痛苦，更能得到患者的认可和满意，对于患者恢复健康有重要意义。
