【摘要】目的：探讨快速康复外科理念下护理对消化道穿孔手术患者术后胃肠功能康复和疼痛的影响。方法：将2021年11月—2023年11月本院收治的80例消化道穿孔手术患者作为研究对象，分为对照组(40例，给予常规护理)与观察组(40例，给予快速康复外科理念下护理)，对比两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生率、VAS评分以及满意度。结果：干预后，观察组患者的术后恢复情况与满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组患者的并发症发生率与VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：快速康复外科理念下护理在消化道穿孔手术患者中的应用效果十分显著，值得推荐。
