【摘要】目的：分析手指离断伤患者进行不同的护理干预对其预后的影响。方法：将我院急诊科2020年1月—2022年6月收治的49例手指离断伤患者作为参考对象，在实施断指再植手术后给予不同的临床护理干预，并按照其所接受临床护理干预模式的差异将其分为对照组(24例，常规护理干预)与试验组(25例，优质护理干预)，对比两组患者的手指再植功能恢复情况、断指成活率、干预前后的负面情绪评分及VAS评分。结果：干预后，试验组手指再植功能恢复情况较对照组好(P<0.05)，断指成活率较对照组高(P<0.05)，负面情绪评分及VAS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理干预在手指离断伤患者的临床护理工作中发挥了重要的应用价值，不仅有助于提升其再植手指的成活率，同时也减轻了机体的疼痛。
