【摘要】目的：观察与分析多元化疼痛护理管理对跟骨骨折患者术后疼痛控制及康复锻炼依从性的影响。方法：将2020年1月—2022年12月时间内收治的68例跟骨骨折患者设置为研究对象，通过入院单双号分组方式将其划分为观察组和对照组，将一般护理管理应用于对照组，将多元化疼痛护理管理应用于观察组，比较两组护理管理效果。结果：管理后，观察组的疼痛评分、焦虑评分与抑郁评分均低于对照组，康复锻炼依从率与护理满意率均高于对照组，差异有统计价值(P<0.05)。结论：多元化疼痛护理管理可提升跟骨骨折患者康复锻炼依从性，利于术后疼痛控制，临床推广价值较高。
