【摘要】目的：探究加强护理管理在院感科工作中的重要作用。方法：在2021年7月—2022年6月之间我院开展传统护理管理，纳入此时院感科工作护士20名及收治患者56例进行分析，此为对比组；在2022年7月—2023年6月之间我院开展加强护理管理，纳入此时院感科工作护士20名及收治患者56例进行分析，此为强化组。对两组护士管理服务水平、手卫生检测合格率以及院内感染发生率进行对照分析。结果：管理后，强化组的护士管理服务水平高于对比组(P<0.05)；管理后，强化组的手卫生检测合格率高于对比组(P<0.05)；管理后，强化组的院内感染发生率低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论：在进行院感科工作管理时，开展加强护理管理能够确保护士管理服务水平，提高手卫生检测合格率，降低院内感染发生率，推荐参考应用。
