【摘要】目的：研究与分析老年高血压患者采用心理护理联合健康教育方式实施护理的临床干预作用。方法：选取2022年6月—2023年6月就诊的80例老年高血压患者，随机数字表法分组，基础护理予以常规组，心理护理联合健康教育予以实验组，比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，实验组老年高血压患者血压水平显著低于常规组，平均压差显著高于常规组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理后，与常规组相比，实验组遵医行为更为良好(P<0.05)；回访6个月，相较于常规组，实验组高血压并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论：心理护理联合健康教育在老年高血压患者护理中可改善其遵医行为，促进其血压水平稳定。
