【摘要】目的：探究与分析产前胎儿畸形问题的诊断中二维超声和四维超声的效果。方法：从2022年1月—2023年6月到我院进行产前检查的孕妇中抽选1459人作为本次研究对象，所有孕妇均接受二维超声和四维超声检查，将最终分娩结果作为金标准，探究二维超声和四维超声的诊断效果。结果：二维超声检查与四维超声检查的准确率、敏感度及特异性均明显低于二维超声联合四维超声检查，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在产前胎儿畸形问题的诊断中采取二维超声联合四维超声可以很好地检出胎儿畸形问题，诊断准确率高，可以很好地进行胎儿畸形筛查，值得临床推广应用。
