【摘要】目的：探究宫腔镜下人流术和无痛人流术后并发症观察。方法：选取我院2022年5月—2023年5月接受人流术的34例早产孕妇，采用随机抽样原则分组，分别实施无痛人流术(对照组)与宫腔镜下人流术(研究组)，比较两组术后并发症。结果：研究组术中出血量少于对照组，手术时间长于对照组，P<0.05。研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在为早产孕妇实施人流术时，宫腔镜下人流术有着更高的安全性，能够有效减少术后并发症的发生，对于提升孕妇预后质量有着重要作用。
