【摘要】目的：观察剖宫产产妇实施精细化护理模式对其泌乳始动时间及术后恢复情况的影响。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年5月期间本院就诊的60例剖宫产产妇，随机将其分为两组，每组30例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用精细化护理模式，比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，相较于对照组，实验组术后恢复指标更优，<24h泌乳始动时间占比更高，心理健康各项评分更低，生活质量评分更高，护理满意度更高，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：剖宫产产妇实施精细化护理模式的效果显著，值得推广。
