【摘要】目的：探讨聚焦超声治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染的临床效果。方法：选择2021年11月—2022年11月新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院收治的90例高危型HPV感染患者进行回顾性研究，将患者分为观察组(40例)与对照组(50例)，观察组采取聚焦超声治疗，对照组采用保妇康栓治疗，随访3～6个月，比较两组患者治疗后3个月及6个月的HPV转阴率和总有效率以及安全性。结果：观察组患者的HPV总转阴率及总有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无明显差异，不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：聚焦超声治疗高危型HPV感染的疗效显著，可提高HPV转阴率，安全性较高，值得临床推广。
