【摘要】目的：分析腹腔镜阑尾切除术在急性阑尾炎治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：选取我院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的70例急性阑尾炎患者，随机将其分成两组。对照组行开腹手术，观察组行腹腔镜阑尾切除术。比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组的切口感染、腹胀、腹腔脓肿、肠粘连和便秘等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前，两组的血清IL-6、CRP、PCT和TNF-α水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05)；术后，两组的血清IL-6、CRP、PCT和TNF-α水平均明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组的血清IL-6、CRP、PCT和TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术中出血量与VAS评分明显低于对照组，手术时间、住院时间、肛门排气时间和肠鸣音恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在急性阑尾炎治疗过程中，使用腹腔镜阑尾切除术可以有效降低并发症发生率，临床应用价值较高。
