【摘要】目的：探究光固化复合树脂用于治疗牙体病牙位的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1月—2022年12月我院就诊的60例牙体缺损填充患者，且根据患者的缺损牙位随机将患者分为前牙组和前磨牙组，每组30例，两组均开展光固化复合树脂的治疗方式。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗满意度以及咀嚼功能。结果：前牙组治疗总有效率和治疗满意度均明显高于前磨牙组，且前牙组患者的咀嚼功能明显优于前磨牙组，(P<0.05)。结论：采用光固化复合树脂的治疗方式可获得较好的满意度与效果，为牙体病牙位患者的临床治疗提供依据，且前牙患者具备更高的治疗价值。
