【摘要】目的：分析化疗联合参芪扶正注射液治疗乳腺癌的效果。方法：随机对乳腺癌患者进行选取，时间段为2019年3月—2023年3月，统计可知共纳入70例，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组接受化疗治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联用参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗前，两组的PLT、WBC和HB水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组的PLT、WBC和HB水平均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组的PLT、WBC和HB水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组的CD3+、IFN-γ、CD4+和IL-2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，IL-10水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：化疗联合参芪扶正注射液对乳腺癌有较好的效果。
