【摘要】目的：分析对口腔溃疡患者进行治疗时选用儿茶粉剂的同时再加以碘甘油药物的临床效果。方法：抽取我院2020年10月—2023年1月收治的80例口腔溃疡患者作为本文研究对象，将患者按照入院顺序交替分为研究组和对照组，每组40例患者，其中对照组患者给予常规药物(多元维生素21)治疗，研究组患者采用碘甘油联合儿茶粉剂治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛感与炎性因子水平、疼痛消失时间、溃疡愈合时间、平均用药时间以及治疗总有效率。结果：治疗前，两组疼痛评分在统计学上不存在较大差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组疼痛评分均降低，且研究组疼痛评分更低(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛消失时间、溃疡愈合时间与平均用药时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组的IL-6及CRP水平在统计学上不存在较大差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组IL-6及CRP水平均降低，且研究组IL-6及CRP水平更低(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论：儿茶粉剂联合碘甘油治疗口腔溃疡的效果显著，可以有效减轻患者的疼痛感，改善患者炎症水平，值得临床推荐。
