【摘要】目的：观察乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床有效性。方法：本文纳入长沙市第四医院(2021年3月—2023年3月)治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者，共有62例。遵循抛色子法将患者分为两组，每组31例。单药组予以生长抑素治疗，联合组予以乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗。比较两组炎性因子含量、时间指标、临床有效性以及副作用。结果：治疗前，两组的炎性因子含量对比未存在差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，联合组的炎性因子含量比单药组低，时间指标比单药组短，临床有效性比单药组高(P<0.05)；两组副作用发生率对比未存在差异(P>0.05)。结论：将乌司他丁联合生长抑素运用到重症急性胰腺炎患者治疗中，可提高临床有效性，使患者的炎症现象消失，缩短腹痛好转时间，且副作用较少，值得借鉴。
