【摘要】目的：分析中医护理措施对脾胃虚寒证患者的效果。 方法：选取2022年1月—2022年12月间本院收治的280例脾胃虚寒证患者，遵循随机数表法分组，参照组(n=140)行常规护理，研究组(n=140)行中医护理。对比两组并发症发生率、护理满意度及情绪、认知度以及生活质量。 结果：研究组患者并发症发生率为0.71%，低于参照组的5.71%，P<0.05；护理后，研究组HAMA及HAMD评分低于参照组，认知度、SF-36以及护理满意度各维度评分高于参照组，P<0.05。 结论：中医护理用于脾胃虚寒证患者中，可降低并发症发生率，改善患者情绪，并提升患者的认知度、生活质量以及满意度。
